Biography

Linda Graham brings more than 20 years of legal experience to the Madison, Wisconsin office. Her diverse legal practice is focused on trademark prosecution, trademark disputes, trademark agreements, and business law. Prior to joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC, Linda worked for a multi-jurisdictional estate planning and business law firm where she supervised and trained new attorneys. She has represented individuals and businesses in transactional and litigation matters with an emphasis on the health care industry.

Linda received her Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University and concentrated her legal education... in insurance, elder law, and estate planning. She combined that training with her pre-law school work experience in hospital administration to develop a practice representing physicians, nurses, and pharmacists in medical malpractice actions. Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in health education with a certification in gerontology, and an emphasis in hospital administration.

Intern Program

With a global team of lawyers, selected candidates are able to work on high level projects in a collaborative space.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
