Biography

Tracy’s practice consists of corporate transactions and entity restructuring, commercial transactions and disputes, intellectual property, estate planning, litigation, and serving as Delaware local counsel. Tracy is licensed to practice and appear in Delaware and New York state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy litigated domestic relations matters and represented children in foster care who were victims of abuse and neglect. She also served as a tenured Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware and prosecuted both criminal and civil cases. Outside of the firm, Tracy enjoys RV life on the road... with her family, cooking, and kayaking.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
