Brian Medich is an Associate at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. Mr. Medich provides counsel regarding a wide array of intellectual property matters, primarily focused on patent and trademark litigation.
Prior to joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, Mr. Medich received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and concentrated his legal education in intellectual property and entertainment. During law school, Mr. Medich clerked for the New Jersey Public Defender Office, and then later for a product liability and class action boutique in Washington, DC. Additionally, while at GW, Mr. Medich served as a student tutor of legal research and writing; the executive notes editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal; a research assistant; a first-year advisor; and skit director, writer, and head director, for GW’s Annual Law Revue Show (a comedy variety show).
