Brian Medich is an associate attorney at Dunlap, Bennett, & Ludwig’s Leesburg office. Since joining DBL, Brian has worked in the areas of copyright, trademark, patent, and contractual disputes.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and concentrated his legal education in intellectual property and entertainment. During law school, Brian clerked for the New Jersey Public Defender Office, and then later for a product liability and class action boutique in Washington, DC. Additionally, while at GW, Brian served as: a student tutor of legal research and writing; the executive notes editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal; a research assistant; a first-year advisor; and skit director, writer, and head director, for GW’s Annual Law Revue Show (a comedy variety show).
Before law school, Brian interned several times for the House of Representatives, including for the House Budget Committee. Brian was born and raised in Hazlet, NJ, before moving to DC in 2012 to attend the American University.
