Hui is a senior associate of Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig Asia PLLC.

Hui has been working in IP field since 2004. Hui is a patent attorney qualified by CNIPA, and a qualified patent attorney for administrative litigation cases by Supreme People’s Court of China.

As a patent examiner in the Patent Office and the Patent Re-examination Board for 9 years, Hui examined hundreds of patent applications, re-examination and invalidation petitions in the fields of mechanic engineering, automation and design, and Hui also represented the PRB before the court in about 20 administrative litigation cases. As a patent attorney, Hui provides various agent services, including drafting, prosecution, re-examination, invalidation and consultation, to Chinese and multinational companies. Hui’s specialty covers various industries and technical areas, such as automobile, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, industrial process control, photoelectric technologies and design.

Hui has authored several articles, some of which are included in “Analyses of Invalidation and Litigation Cases in Field of Mechanics” and “Analyses of Representative Invalidation Cases of Design” published by Intellectual Property Publishing House. Hui is also an editor of the two books.
