Biography

Lisa Tan is a Partner at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig in the Pasadena, CA office. Lisa is an estate, probate and trust litigation attorney. In addition to estate and trust law, her past legal experience includes complex domestic and international business and civil disputes.

Lisa is a seasoned litigator experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. In her current practice, she handles claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, contested heirships, contested powers of attorney, estate management issues, partitions, probate litigation and trust and will validity.

Lisa... earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

In addition, Lisa was voted a Pasadena Magazine Top Attorney by her peers from 2009 through 2013. She was also named a Super Lawyer® Rising Star by Los Angeles Magazine, from 2009 through 2015, and a Super Lawyer® in 2019.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
