Lisa Tan is a Partner at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig in the Pasadena, CA office. Her practice focuses on complex legal, monetary, and interpersonal issues that are involved in trust and probate litigation to help her clients receive the emotional and financial justice they deserve.
Lisa provides her clients with an exceptionally high level of personal service and discretion while working with them, whether dealing with will and trust validity, contested powers of attorney or accountings, fraudulent transfers, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, partition actions, contested heirship, pretermitted and adopted heirs, family and estate management disputes, or probate litigation.
Lisa earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
In addition, Lisa was voted a Pasadena Magazine Top Attorney by her peers from 2009 through 2013. She was also named a Super Lawyer® Rising Star by Los Angeles Magazine, from 2009 through 2015, and a Super Lawyer® in 2019.
