Marisol Adkins is a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig.
Marisol has 20+ years of experience working with Immigration Law. Marisol graduated with a Master’s in Paralegal Studies from George Washington University and received a Bachelor of Arts, Art and Visual Technology with a concentration in Graphic Design from George Mason University. She is also a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc.
Marisol is responsible for the preparation and submission of immigration matters, working on cases in all stages of the employment and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant processes, including nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, H-4, and L-1, among others). She assists with submission employment-based permanent immigrant visa applications, including labor certification processing (PERM), immigrant petition and application for adjustment of status/consular processing. Marisol works with our Immigration team to prepare and draft naturalization and other related immigration filings for permanent residence (I-140 or I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131). Marisol also communicates with government agencies in relation to the processing of petitions/applications and provides client support in connection with the preparation and submission of their immigration matters, including daily telephone and email communication.
