Biography

Mark Magas is an Associate Attorney at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. Mark provides counsel regarding a wide array of patent and other intellectual property matters.

Previously, Mark worked for over ten years in the patent licensing and brokerage industry. As a Director at Cascades Ventures, a boutique patent monetization company, he helped inventors and companies achieve numerous patent sale, license, and settlement agreements worth millions of dollars. He also consulted for various patent licensing companies, providing infringement analysis services, and worked for three years in the engineering department at Acacia... Research Group.

Intern Program

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
