Biography

Mark Russakow has been a Rising Star SuperLawyer, SuperLawyer, Top Attorney Pasadena, and Top American Attorney 16 times in his 22 years of practice.
Lauded for his keen litigation skills, and has achieved multi-million dollar settlements in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations in both federal and state courts, as well as in Singapore for international business disputes. Yet, he is equally renowned for his creative settlement solutions that are often more beneficial than “winning the lawsuit.”
Mark is a distinguished author on trade secret and unfair competition litigation with the Daily Journal and... has served as a legal expert for KNX Radio.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys wine tasting, reading historical novels, and commissioning custom liquors for his fledgling online distillery, Westakow’s Fine Spirits. As if spirited legal sparring isn’t enough, he also enjoys participating in full-contact karate tournaments.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
