Mark joined Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig in April 2018.

In addition to his nearly 30 years of Labor Law experience, and over 20 years of Employment and Immigration law practice before state and federal courts, and administrative agencies, Mark frequently provides lectures and training sessions on Labor and Employment Law related matters and Immigration Law and Procedure to management groups and to professional and employer organizations.

Mark is a member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa (Professional Responsibility Committee) and Rogers County Bar Associations. Mark is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mark previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, at Oral Roberts University Law School and The University of Tulsa College of Law, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Tulsa Community College. Mark is also active in the Oklahoma Bar Association’s ‘Lawyers in the Classroom’ program.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Albany, State University of New York; where he also earned a Master’s degree in History. Mark went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Union University, Albany Law School.

Mark is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, as well as numerous and federal district and circuit Courts of Appeal across the country.

Mark is rated AV® Preeminent™, the highest rating awarded to attorneys for legal ability and professional ethics by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating System. Mark was named to the 2012-2015 list of Oklahoma’s Top-Rated Lawyers®, and the 2012-2015 listing for Tulsa’s Top-Rated Lawyers by TulsaPeople Magazine.
