Michael Lehr is an associate attorney who joined Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC in August 2019. Since associating with the firm, Michael has engaged in a wide array of civil litigation matters and corporate transactions for businesses across the Commonwealth.

For example, Michael worked alongside the firm’s partners in a nationally publicized federal patent litigation, which resulted in multiple successful appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeals Board and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals – before resulting in a successful jury trial before the parties agreed to a substantial multi-million dollar settlement. More recently, second chaired a vigorously litigated arbitration matter for one of the firm’s premier corporate clients.
In the corporate context, Michael works with emerging and newly formed closely held businesses. Michael works to ensure that his clients can focus on the business’ success, with the freedom of knowing that they have direct line to counsel for any questions concerning government compliance, business development, and financing.
Michael has also worked with clients on a variety intellectual property litigation matters, including a number of trademark challenges, and a domain name registration dispute that resulted in a successful settlement for the firm’s client.
