Biography

Michael Loscialpo is Of Counsel attorney at Dunlap, Bennett & Ludwig, PLLC. His primary areas of focus are estates, wills, trusts, contracts, business formations and transactions, employment law, and civil litigation. His unique background as an entrepreneur and financial advisor helps him deliver practical legal strategies that complement his individual clients’ lifestyles. His business clients benefit from his ability to craft win/win solutions to promote business growth and sustainability. Michael is married with two daughters.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree at New England Law/Boston and a Bachelor... of Arts in Political Science at the State University of New York at Oswego.

In his off time, you can find him alpine & backcountry skiing. He is also an avid soccer fan.

Intern Program

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
