The past few days have seen a flurry of media coverage for a historic domain infringement case against the government of France for the rights to France.com, a domain held by DBL client Jean-Noel Frydman for more than 20 years. The case is capturing global attention in major media outlets such as Fortune, BBC, Newsweek, and Mashable, among others. Founding Partner David Ludwig, serving as counsel for Mr. Frydman, has also been interviewed for published exclusives in The Verge and New York Times.
With such high-profile interest and the world watching, we expect we’ll see even more mentions of this potentially game-changing case as the process moves on.
