Google may use and share information collected about under the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. DBL will not join PII with Non-Personal Data without your prior affirmative consent. You can opt out of Google Analytics.

PII: We may collect information that identifies you (“PII”) when you interact and voluntarily provide such information. The types of PII collected on the Website may include: Your name; contact information (e.g., address, phone number, and e-mail address); and other information you choose to provide. If you use a credit card to pay invoices issued by DBL you will be directed to a third-party site that processes credit card payments and will have to provide personal financial information to the processor. The use and collection of that information is governed by the processor’s policies. DBL does not collect or store that information. You should review the processor’s policies and terms of use. DBL has no responsibility for your use of the processor. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, DBL does not automatically collect PII about you, and does not collect such information without your consent.

Non-Personal Data: DBL uses Non-Personal Data in ways including, but not limited to improve and evaluate the content, the usability, and problems of the Website.  We may share your Non-Personal Data with third parties or permit third parties to place cookies, tags, web beacons, and other anonymous identifiers to collect additional Non-Personal Data when you browse the Website. We or third parties may use the collected Non-Personal Data to serve advertisements and targeted advertisements to you before, during, and after your visit to the Website.

Use of Information: DBL will not use or disclose to any third parties the information it collects from this Website, except as provided by this Privacy Policy.  DBL may use your PII in a variety of ways including, but not limited to: Personalizing and improving the usability of the Website; Answering your emails or online requests; Fulfilling and/or delivering products and services requested by you; Delivering and processing surveys and newsletters and keeping you informed about events.  DBL will not share your PII with third parties except where you have given your express consent; or DBL, in good-faith judgment, determines it needs to provide your information to a third party to deliver services you requested; or the disclosure is required by law or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of personnel of DBL, or members of the public. You may choose to provide personal financial information to a third-party card processor to payDBL’s invoices through this Website. The use, retention and protection of that financial information is governed by the processors policies and terms of use. DBL is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of this Website.

Opting Out: Visitors who wish to opt out of marketing communications may reply to any such communication with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”  Visitors may also block or disable cookies to restrict the collection of Non-Personal Data enabled using cookies. Using Google Ads Settings, visitors can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. Do Not Track: Except as described herein, DBL does not track information about visitors to the Website or share PII about visitors with third parties. Third parties who receive Non-Personal Data from DBL, however, are not required to honor browser “Do Not Track” requests, and DBL does not control what those third parties may do with the data.

Information Transmitted Is Not Secure: Any information sent to DBL by e-mail or through the Website is not secure and is done so on a non-confidential basis only. If you choose to send information to DBL over the Internet, including by e-mail or contact form, you do so at your own risk.

Transmission of Information Does Not Form an Attorney–Client Relationship: Transmission of information from this Website does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and DBL or any attorney therein, nor is it intended to do so. The transmission of the Website, in part or in whole, and/or any communication with DBL through this Website does not constitute or create an attorney–client relationship between DBL and any recipients.

International Data Transfer: This Website is hosted on our web servers in the United States. If you are located in a non-US jurisdiction, your provision of Personal Information or other access to our Website constitutes your transfer of such data to the United States, a jurisdiction that may not provide a level of data protection equivalent to the laws in your home country.
