Biography

Alexander “Xander” White is an associate at Dunlap Bennet & Ludwig. His practice is focused on patent prosecution

Xander has spent his entire life learning about and working in the intellectual property field. As an undergraduate student, he performed patent searches and drafted patent applications for patent attorneys, and subsequently worked with design patent examiners while interning at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).

After graduating from Virginia Tech, Xander examined hundreds of patent applications related to the control, operation, and manufacture of jet engines..., wind turbines, centrifugal pumps, and similar technologies as a patent examiner at the USPTO. He then worked as a patent agent and helped create educational materials for legal professionals working on international patent and trademarks. Xander has also worked on patent and trademark litigation to enforce and protect clients intellectual property rights.”

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
