Biography

Erik Johanson is Of Counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. His practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy, business litigation, commercial litigation, appeals, local counsel services, and general civil litigation.

Erik has experience representing debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees in commercial chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. In 2015, Erik was selected to serve a two-year term as a judicial law clerk to United States District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich. During his clerkship, Erik oversaw Judge Kovachevich’s docket of civil cases... and bankruptcy appeals.
