Biography

Judith Henkin has been working in the legal field for more than three decades. She enjoys helping others learn about the legal system and their rights and obligations, whether in the civil or criminal law arena. Although she has practiced in a variety of areas and considers herself a generalist, her most recent work has been in regulatory and health care law.

Judith is concise and direct with clients, and strive to explain things clearly. She believes that good communication is key to good representation, and
lawyers need to listen to their clients. She enjoys the collaborative process and the back and forth... that comes with helping a client.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
