Biography

Victoria worked as a contractor for the Navy Litigation Office focusing on government contracts and environmental law upon earning her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. In 2008, she opened her law firm in Washington, D.C. focusing primarily on Estates and Trusts, and Probate Litigation. She served on the Fiduciary Panel of the D.C Probate Court where she served as Guardian Ad Litem, General Guardian, Healthcare Guardian, and Conservator for incapacitated adults. She followed up in 2011, with the opening of her Maryland office, where she added Elder Law to her practice. In Howard County, she served... as Guardian of the Person and Property for incapacitated Marylanders. Victoria remains active in both the District of Columbia and Maryland jurisdictions.

Her goals are to assist clients with “preserving and protecting their property. She is a strong advocate of making one’s own life decisions now rather than having those decisions made by others. She believes this can be done with estate planning, no matter the age or financial standing.

Victoria strongly believes in volunteering and philanthropy to support those in need. She volunteers with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service, the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland, the Howard County Mediation Conflict and Resolution Center, and by invitation served on the Maryland Attorney General’s COVID-19 Access to Justice Task Force. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Howard County (CASA). She was a board member for Every Girl Can Learning Institute, Inc. In November 2021, she became a board member of the Women’s Law Center of Maryland.

Professionally, Victoria is a member of multiple bar associations, some of which she has various roles acting as Council Member on the Estates and Trust Section Council and Committee Member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Maryland State Bar, Member at Large and Estates and Trusts Co-Chair for the Howard County Bar Association, and Treasurer for the Howard County Women’s Bar Association.

Victoria is a native New Yorker, and she has two four-legged children she unapologetically spoils. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, yoga, listening to music, cooking, and traveling.
