Jerome Drabiak is Of Counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. His practice focuses on intellectual property (“IP”), including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Jerome has worked collaboratively with inventors to prepare patent applications, prosecuted patent applications with US and foreign patent offices, and prepared appeal briefs for the US patent trial and appeal board (“PTAB”). He has experience drafting and negotiating IP-based agreements between clients and third parties, analyzing products of third parties for evidence of infringement, and presenting claim charts to alleged infringers. He also has experience working with engineers and scientists to prepare freedom-to-operate (“FTO”) opinions as well as drafting and negotiating patent licensing agreements between clients and potential licensees. Additionally, Jerome is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent Office.
