The employment litigation team at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig helps clients resolve disputes across the full spectrum of the employment relationship, from hiring to termination. We help businesses develop strategies for avoiding employment claims, but when litigation is necessary, we rise to the challenge of defending clients in court and before government agencies.

Our experience in employment disputes

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig regularly represents employers in federal, state, and local courts in a variety of employment litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and employment agreements. Our lawyers have also obtained favorable results before federal, state, and local government agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

  • Handle administrative agency charges and audits from federal, state, and local fair employment practices agencies, including the EEOC and DOL

  • Defend employers in lawsuits involving wage payment laws
  • Defend and prosecute claims relating to noncompete agreements
