OVERVIEW

Expert advice for when it matters most

There’s no time to waste when a crisis arises, whether it’s a government investigation, data breach, product recall, natural disaster, corporate scandal, or other catastrophe. The speed at which risks manifest and spread is unparalleled. Regulators, shareholders, board members, the press, and the community may all demand an immediate response. But a knee-jerk, uncoordinated reaction can compound an already serious problem.

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our crisis management team stands ready around the clock to address pressing crises on an expedited timeline. We help clients understand their exposure, then coordinate a response that meets their business and strategic goals. We focus on maintaining our clients’ brand and reputation, tailoring our solutions to their situation so they can minimize the disruption to their business.

Our crisis management team

With a variety of expertise, ranging from serving as a federal and state prosecutor to a litigator who has represented clients around the globe, Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig’s crisis management team has seen it all. We draw on our experience in multiple areas to forecast the best possible outcome, reduce liability, and avoid reputational harm for our clients and their shareholders and boards of directors.

We take a multidisciplinary approach to resolving crises. Our goal is to help our clients minimize the potential damage stemming from a crisis while never losing sight of the client’s long-term vision. Then we help clients develop a strategy to preempt similar scenarios from arising in the future.
