OVERVIEW

Preventing problems before they happen

The spotlight on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace has never shone brighter. As a result, the stakes for ensuring a workplace is free of discriminatory practices and harassing behavior have never been higher. Failing to recognize and address problems can derail not only your employees but also your business operations, reputation, and brand.

The employment law team at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig helps clients develop proactive strategies to reduce the risk of harassment and discrimination claims. Our forward-thinking lawyers help clients navigate these tricky situations, ensuring that they maintain an environment that fosters dignity and respect.

Our experience in anti-discrimination compliance

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig counsels a variety of employers, both public and private, on compliance with anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). Our team helps clients draft employment policies, including anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies, and investigate claims of inappropriate conduct.

We also train employers in the prevention of discriminatory and harassing behaviors. Our training sessions show clients how to promote a diverse work environment and comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
