Expanding your reach

International trade is governed by a series of overlapping laws, regulations, customs, and treaties. Businesses that wish to engage in global trade and investments must contend with these complexities as well as tariffs, sanctions, and other potential barriers to successful transactions.

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig advises clients on matters involving the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the regulation of foreign investment by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS). We help businesses expand internationally and navigate international trade law. Our lawyers use their knowledge, experience in government, and problem-solving skills to craft innovative solutions to complicated issues implicating global laws and regulations.
