Our experience in defending wrongful termination claims

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig works with clients to adopt sound employment policies that reduce the risks of wrongful termination claims. We take an aggressive posture using these policies to deter opposing counsel from filing cases without merit.

When a wrongful termination lawsuit is filed, we immediately assess the potential risks of a claim, including reviewing all policies, personnel files, and other documentation. We seek early dismissal of all or parts of wrongful discharge matters when possible.

If a matter proceeds to trial, our litigators have an excellent track record defending against wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts. Our experience includes defending employers against unfair discharge claims based on violations of public policy, whistleblowing, breach of employment contracts, tort claims, and retaliation.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
