Carolyn Williams

Carolyn Williams is an associate attorney at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. Her primary areas of focus are corporate law, transactional law, and trust and estates. She also practices in the areas of real estate, landlord and tenant, and employment law.  

Prior to joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, Carolyn worked as an associate attorney at a real estate law firm where she focused on residential real estate and landlord-tenant law. She also served as general counsel to several condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners... associations. Carolyn also practiced compliance in a collections law firm.  

Carolyn earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Hofstra University.  

Outside of work, Carolyn likes to travel and meet new people. She feels that one of the best ways to broaden one’s perspective on life is to be exposed to other cultures and other ways of life. She also believes that traveling has been very helpful in teaching her how to be more adaptable in different environments and is a great source of providing networking opportunities. Additionally, she believes that traveling has given her a great sense of appreciation for what is going on in her own environment. She believes that traveling has benefited her both personally and professionally, as it has made her more patient when working with others and more eager to want to work in service to others.
