Biography

Daniel represents clients in trademark, copyright, internet, and intellectual property matters, as well as licensing agreements, other contracts, and related business matters. He has assisted in the prosecution of hundreds of trademark applications, negotiating trademark disputes, litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and domain name disputes brought under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Daniel has counseled a diverse array of clients, from small startups and nonprofits to U.S. government agencies. Before joining DBL, Daniel worked for a nonprofit legal advocacy organization in the Washington, D.C., area, where he assisted thousands of individuals with numerous legal matters.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
