Biography

Jennifer Rohleder is a Partner at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, specializing in corporate transactions, capital raising, strategic business counseling, and estate planning for entrepreneurs and business owners. Jennifer brings over 17 years of legal expertise, advising businesses on complex transactions, growth strategies, and financial structuring.

Prior to joining DBL, Jennifer served as co-founder and in-house general counsel of a technology company, playing a pivotal role in securing over $8 million in funding. She has also advised numerous clients, successfully guiding them through capital raises totaling tens... of millions of dollars. Jennifer’s robust background as both a business leader and legal advisor allows her to offer clients practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to their unique objectives.

Jennifer’s practice is uniquely designed to assist business owners in safeguarding their enterprises and personal wealth through integrated corporate structuring and strategic estate planning. Her commitment is to help clients protect their life’s work, preserve their legacy, and achieve long-term financial and family goals. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, and holds an undergraduate degree in Systems Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She is admitted to practice law in Virginia.

Jennifer lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and their three children. The family enjoys an active lifestyle centered around baseball, swimming, scouting, and field hockey. In her spare time, Jennifer also enjoys knitting, spinning, and embroidery, and actively participates in communities supporting fiber arts entrepreneurs.

Intern Program

As part of our effort to recruit, develop and retail the best and brightest attorneys, Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig offers a summer intern program for promising law school students who are looking to work as part of an innovative and incredibly successful team. With a global team of lawyers, selected candidates are able to work on high level projects in a collaborative space.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
