John Deming

Originally hailing from upstate New York, John Deming took an unusual path to the legal practice. John has always had a knack for performance: whether performing on stage as a high-schooler or singing bass for his university’s international touring choir, he found himself in front of crowds and public forums from a young age. Prior to 2020, John’s vocation was that of an up-and-coming stand-up comedian.

However, when the COVID-19 pandemic left clubs closed and performing opportunities scarce, John went back to school and found a new love: the law. Since then, he has brought his knack for public speaking... and detailed, analytical thinking from the stage into the courtroom.

An attorney since 2023, John has spent the last three years primarily practicing as a criminal prosecutor in Pennsylvania and Washington. During that time, John has led prosecution in upwards of twenty jury and bench trials, ranging from minor traffic offenses all the way to violent felonies and sex crimes
