Biography

Jonathan is a second-year associate attorney whose practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, employment, contracts, construction, government regulatory and compliance, and intellectual property. Jonathan brings both the analytical rigor and genuine dedication to problem-solving that legal representation demands. He believes that effective representation means understanding each client’s unique goals both in and out of the courtroom and working diligently to help his clients achieve them.

Jonathan is experienced in all phases... of litigation — from pleadings and discovery through depositions, motions practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. He has taken multiple cases to trial with favorable outcomes and has authored successful briefs in both state and federal courts, securing dismissals of opposing claims. Jonathan has also achieved winning results at the appellate level, with successful briefs filed in both the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals. His work has further been recognized in the legal community through two publications in professional legal journals.

Outside of the office, Jonathan is as competitive as he is curious. He enjoys playing sports— particularly basketball and golf— cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies and the Dallas Mavericks, and he can regularly be found at weekly trivia nights with friends. He also loves hiking, camping, and exploring new restaurants and destinations with his fiancée.
