Biography

Robert (Bob) Zierman is a Legal Services Provider at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. He has studied and practiced boundary dispute law generally and the law of Quiet Title/Adverse Possession specifically since 2008. Robert loves to help people avoid legal conflict when possible and get them out of legal conflict when necessary. He is a generalist who has deep expertise in neighbor law. Through his years of experience, he has learned that the best way to avoid legal problems is to anticipate them and to design work around solutions to sidestep them.

A regular contributor to the King County Bar Association’s Bar Bulletin..., Robert often writes about his niche practice arena. That forum has allowed him an opportunity to present several novel concepts he uses to assist his clients to more quickly, painlessly, and cost effectively resolve issues with their neighbors. In his free time, Robert enjoys training for his next marathon, reading motivational literature, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
