Biography

Su Young (Jane) Cho was born in Seoul, Korea and lived in both Korea and New York State. She attended Fordham University, where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. She followed this by graduating from Syracuse College of Law in 2024 with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Technology Law & Entrepreneurship (CASTLE).

In law school, Jane applied her interest in the arts and entertainment field to intellectual property rights and corporate matters. She pursued CASTLE program and wrote reports to start-up companies addressing possible intellectual property issues related to trademark, product... patentability, copyright, and regulatory compliance. She was also an associate editor of Syracuse Law School’s Journal of International Law and Commerce. As an editor, she wrote a note about proposing a negation method for cultural restitution disputes, which was selected for publication. She also worked on diverse contractual matters ranging from drafting artists agreements to corporate bylaws and non-profit organization formations while she was externing in an arts and entertainment boutique firm in Richmond, Virginia.

In her spare time, Jane explores museums and operates tea-drinking communities as a certified tea ceremony performer.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
