Biography

Yvette A. Stuart is a Family, Trusts and Estates, and Real Estate Law practitioner in the New York City and Long Island area of New York. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2016, from Touro Law School on Long Island. She received her undergraduate degree from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. She enjoys helping others navigate our complex legal system. Her ability to deconstruct legalese to layman’s terms is unmatched!

Prior to law school, Yvette was a hearing officer in the domestic relations section of the family court in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for five years. Here, she established and enforced... child and spousal support orders for those who were in willful contempt of the court order.

Yvette started her career working with attorneys with more than two decades of experience in family, estate, and real estate law. She chose to practice law because she realized that the need for legal assistance was great, however, attainable for few. She enjoys being able to assist her clients with accomplishing their goals, while explaining the steps along the way.

When she is not working, Yvette enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her family.
