Biography

Brandon’s practice consists of real estate transactions, corporate transactions, intellectual property, contract law, estate planning, and serving as Delaware local counsel. Brandon is licensed to practice and appear in Delaware, Maryland and Florida courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Brandon represented clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, contractual agreements and creditor actions. He also acted as Delaware counsel to a local financial institution and served as a Director of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of the firm, Brandon enjoys beach days with... his dog Kimber, boating, running, snowboarding, and traveling.

We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
