Dylan Cooper is native to the Northern Virginia area (Centreville) but moved to Charleston, SC for undergrad and law school. He finished undergrad in 3 years with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a minor in Italian Studies. Then, he entered law school during the height of COVID in 2020. During law school, he was a member of the Transactional Law team and traveled around the country competing in mock negotiation competitions. Dylan was able to compete in two sports law competitions in San Diego and New York City during his 3L year. The team also awarded opportunities to have hands-on experience drafting... agreements, as well as participating in lectures on negotiation strategies from professionals in the area. Throughout law school, Dylan worked in the food and beverage industry, and also in the College of Charleston athletic department as an NCAA compliance coordinator. His background in business and experience working for small businesses throughout his time in Charleston caused Dylan to develop a passion for using his legal skills to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and protect their businesses.
