Biography

Ryan Kennedy is senior counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, focusing on real estate, business, and civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Virginia. Ryan graduated with degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2006. He earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2009. After graduation, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maureen M. Lamasney in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County.

Before working at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, Ryan ran a solo practice for several years with... offices in Annapolis, Maryland, and Vienna, Virginia. He has a wide range of litigation experience in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and Virginia and regularly appears before those Courts in a variety of real estate and commercial disputes. Additionally, he has handled multiple cases before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and local zoning authorities.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
